Some people notice histamine intolerances heighten on a meat-based diet.

⚠️Some say it’s the high sulfur foods, like egg.

🍳I like eggs. One reason is because it contains choline which helps to strip the fat away from the liver naturally.

Choline also helps detoxify harmful chemicals.

⚠️Sometimes the body stores away toxins in our fat and other areas because so many toxins are coming into the body (e.g., processed foods).

🥩Once we eat meat-only, we start allowing the body to heal and the hidden toxins may start to detox.

Always get to root-cause healing.

🧫One way we can be suffering is mold. Mold (and parasites) can trigger MCAS and histamine-related issues that make you sensitive to healthy, real foods.

❗️If you look into Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS), they are all related to MCAS.

was a symptom of a deeper root-cause imbalance.

🥩Carnivore helped to identify that it wasn’t food. And carnivore allowed them to minimize the inflammation that causes worsening health issues.

But Carnivore wasn’t the end-all answer.

⛑Carnivore is healing and it’s the best way to eat to support the body to heal. But sometimes for some of us, we have to dig a bit deeper for root-cause healing.
