Judy Cho is a functional medicine practitioner, board certified in holistic nutrition, and holds multiple degrees from the University of California, Berkeley. Judy is host of the health podcast Nutrition with Judy, author of the best-selling books, Carnivore Cure and The Complete Carnivore Diet for Beginners, and founder of Nutriment, the most comprehensive elimination and reintroduction resource tool.

  • Judy nursed her youngest son until age 5 while being on an animal-based carnivore diet.
  • Judy was plant-based for 12 years. During this time, Judy struggled from an eating disorder, eczema, gut issues, and severe depression.
