Carnivore Cure: The Ultimate Elimination Diet

Carnivore Cure book by Judy Cho

Carnivore Cure is the first elimination protocol to explain how to adopt a meat-based diet to bring about healing. Get back to optimal health by finding the perfect foods to fuel your individual body.

Most elimination diets work to a certain extent but fail to consider all the individual, physical symptoms, and food sensitivities. Most elimination diets remove processed foods and additives but fail to remove plant-based toxins that can contribute to disease.

Until now.

Introducing, Carnivore Cure.

You start with meats that have the least number of allergens and sensitivities. Once you reach a baseline of health, then you can incorporate other meats that may have previously caused a sensitivity. As you heal the gut, if you choose to, you can slowly add back plant-based foods.

Carnivore Cure will allow you to figure out what plant-based foods can work for your body in the long term. The Carnivore Cure will support you to find your happy medium by focusing on a meat-based diet while incorporating the safest plants with most food intolerances considered.

This book provides you a step-by-step protocol to optimal health while also providing you extensive nutritional information and support for a meat-based diet, including debunking nutrition misinformation and providing lifestyle support through the lens of holistic health.

Because the right food is medicine.

Eliminate the wrong foods and eat the right foods for you, and you alone.

I have been onand off a carnivore diet since sept.
I have experienced more energy and feel much better however, my blood pressure has lowered significantly (100/60)and my blood sugar A1C reduced to 6.7 from 6.9 in 3 months. I am curious to see what my A1C will be at my appointment in mid March.
I have had not burning urine but painful urination and I was put on a drug called neurofin(spelling) which seemed to cure but then condition returned in about 3 weeks time. I have not mentioned my diet to my doctor. She was concerned that my calcium was a bit high but a test a week later showed normal.
I started taking a vitamin C per day about a week ago because of a video from Dr. Cywes. Normally I take a toprol and a half of 40 gr. Mycardis, plus a thyroid, a probiotic, a prilosec, and a vitamin D. Since I’ve been on carnivore I have had no intestinal upset even when I don’t take a prilosec.
I have been taking a stool softener to combat the constipation I think was caused by the antibiotic. After starting the carnivore diet in September,I noticed pretty regular stool movements.
I have read your Carnivore Cure book and I really enjoyed it. Recommended by Dr. Cywes. Your book was informative. I am confused though between Keto and Carnivore . I could not do Keto but for some reason I do carnivore easily. I just eat meat and fish. All kinds. I am good. Feel good. walk every day with a disabled leg, have lots of energy, sleep well, raising an 8 yr old greatgrand daughter, cook normal meals for my husband and child and I just eat the meat. I just eat meat and I lost weight which I needed to as I was about 40 lbs overweight.
By the way, I am 80 years old.
I watched your interview with Peter Martin which was very encouraging. You are a blessing.
Thank you Judy, I will continue to follow you with your book and email as references. I hope my message helps you in your work. Blessings, Pat

Hi Pat! Thanks for sharing. I am excited for your healing and recently interviewed a lady that is 78 years young. I’m sure it will be encouraging to hear her journey as well! As you eat higher fat and moderate protein on carnivore, your A1C should lower more and more! Take care and I wish you nothing but health!
