The human body can tolerate irritants (toxins) that are found in glutens, lectins, pectins.
🍯It can also tolerate fructose.
⚠️That doesn’t mean it’s healthy for us, especially in large doses.
🥂The same goes for drugs, alcohol, and medications. Just because your body can consume these things without blatant illness, doesn’t mean it’s health for the body.
❓How much can you tolerate?
It depends.
