Microblog: Carcinogens in the Environment
Controversial but I’d say it’s a waste to focus on carcinogenic things in the environment when the bigger evil is glucose.
Change the diet first, then slowly focus on the balance of carcinogenic items.
I don’t fear using occasional BPA plastic when my diet is next to zero glucose. 🤷🏻♀️
Just something to consider when so much of the wellness space saves a tree but burns up the forest.
