CIRS Group Support

CIRS Group Support

A possible Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) diagnosis can be overwhelming. We have found that people that have a community around this diagnosis tend to fare better. Many of our patients want to work directly with Judy, and this is the opportunity to work directly with her.

Judy and the Nutrition with Judy team have worked with many CIRS patients that need additional support.

We use the Mighty Networks platform to house all our resources, handouts, announcements, session recordings, calendars, and much more.

  • The goal of this support group is to give you courage and minimize confusion around the Shoemaker CIRS protocol.
  • This is a safe place and will have limited participants.
  • This includes two, 1-hour group Zoom calls a month. One call will be led by Judy Cho and the other by the NwJ Nutritional Therapy team.

Biweekly, the NwJ team will support you through CIRS topics and hot seat questions. As we are building this out for your needs, this support will be fluid. We have found that discussing certain topics have been helpful in the past. We plan to discuss topics of:

  • CIRS Expert Q&As (guest CIRS providers)
  • CIRS NwJ Patients (that are nearly graduated – guest features)
  • CIRS Diagnosis – What, How, Why
  • CIRS Bloodwork – What and Why
  • MARCoNS – What, How, and Why
  • Home Testing – qPCR Testing of ERMI or HERTSMI-2, Actinomycetes, Endotoxins
  • How to Support Your Home from Water Intrusion (mold hacks)
  • How Carnivore fits in with CIRS
  • Dietary and Supplemental Protocols to Take Before Starting the Shoemaker CIRS Protocol
  • CIRS and Beyond Recommendations (other lifestyle tips)
  • CIRS Rx Provider Recommendations
  • IEP Remediator Recommendations
  • Q&A Hot Topics
  • Personal Stories and Shares
  • Early access to any unreleased NwJ CIRS interviews and content
