Multi-Mins Iron & Copper Free provides a balanced source of mineral chelates and whole food, phytochemically bound trace minerals, combined with the antioxidant enzymes SOD and catalase. It also contains a small amount of Betaine HCl to facilitate absorption. It may be used whenever a multi-mineral is indicated. This formula is iron and copper free.

Four tablets supply minerals calcium (as calcium citrate) 200 mg, iodine (from kelp)

150 mcg, magnesium (as magnesium citrate, glycinate and gluconate) 100 mg, zinc

(as zinc citrate and gluconate) 15 mg, selenium (raw vegetable culture) 50 mcg,

manganese (as manganese gluconate) 2 mg, chromium (raw vegetable culture) 50

mcg, molybdenum (raw vegetable culture) 10 mcg, potassium (as potassium chloride

and gluconate) 99 mg, boron (as calcium borogluconate) 1 mg, rubidium (raw

vegetable culture) 25 mcg, lithium (raw vegetable culture) 20 mcg, vanadium (raw

vegetable culture) 5 mcg, betaine HCl 3 mg, in an organic vegetable culture base

containing antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (20 mcg).

Multimineral formula without iron and copper, heavy metal detox, poor diet, low health status

Use whenever additional supplemental minerals are indicated. Good health and high

resistance to disease includes tissue saturation of beneficial minerals, metals, and haloids.

Dosage: 

One (1) tablet with each meal as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional. Total of four daily.
