Animal and plant proteins are not created the same. They are not digested, absorbed or assimilated the same.


Plant proteins also have limiting amino acids and sometimes the proteins can only be used to the level of the limiting amino acid.


If you eat mostly plant-based protein, you are most likely deficient in amino acids.
