3 TIPS FOR GOING CARNIVORE⠀
1️⃣ EAT UNTIL SATIETY: Eat until satisfied. Please don’t look at this WOE as a diet. Give your body time to heal the weight loss and body composition changes will come with time.⠀

2️⃣ REVERSE FASTING: Eat breakfast and late lunch/early dinner. Eating early is beneficial for hormones and ending the eating window earlier helps with deep sleep and recovery.⠀

3️⃣ LOW ENERGY: Afternoon energy dip? We have found eating or supplementing salt in the mid-afternoon helps a lot!⠀

SELF-CARE: If you eat something “off” plan, forgive yourself and eat meat. Do not try to compensate and skip a meal. This will send your blood sugar and cravings out of control.⠀
