🔦Spotlight Sunday #Carnivore75Hard version is with @Josescasas_az

🥩SELF-AWARENESS: I gained so much knowledge about myself and listening to my body on what it needs to become better. I was able to heal upset stomach that Keto wasn’t able to fix and being bloated all the time because of the nuts and plants I was eating.⠀

🥩WEIGHT LOSS: When I started the challenge, I was 300lbs and when I completed #Carnivore75Hard, I got down to 267lbs. With this challenge I was able to reach one of my weight loss goals of losing 150lbs that I made for 2019.⠀

🥩SELF-LOVE: I have been thru many transformation over the years. I’ve been thru a lot of pain trying to save my life. I lost 100lbs a few years ago but over time I never learned how to maintain my weight so I gained it all back and more. After I gained all the weight back, I was so sad and wanted to end my life but I had to become my Own Hero to save my life. I learned not to give up on myself. I’ve seen the dark side and saw the light where I needed to travel to save my life.⠀

💙When people messaged and told me that my daily notes were inspiring them to change their life and be more aware of what they were eating.⠀

💙Also having people seeing me in person for the first time in months and not recognizing me because how much weight I lost in such a short time.⠀

2️⃣ BUILD COMMUNITY. Follow everyone in the Carnivore community and listen and learn from their experiences doing the Carnivore diet.⠀

💫My story is only half done for now. I will do another #Carnivore75Hard for 90 days. Thank you Judy for everything to help me reach one of my goals.⠀


🐄Some say these are just anecdotal stories. I say, maybe. If you have physical and mental symptoms, try it. Worse case, you can always go back to your current diet. Or you may just join our carnivore tribe and be part of the “not-valid-science,” body of anecdotal stories that #meatheals. ♥️
