Microblog: Spotlight Sunday Is with @_amethyst_amy_

On Sundays, I spotlight one of your inspirational carnivore stories to share with the community.⠀

🔦Spotlight Sunday is with @_amethyst_amy_ (thank Amy for introducing us to @carnivoredoctor!)⠀

🥩FIBROMYALGIA: I haven’t had a single flare since going carnivore and my overwhelming fatigue and energy levels improved within about 30-45 days of starting the diet.⠀
🥩 ASTHMA: I was able to get off both my maintenance and rescue medications after 2 months of being on the carnivore diet.⠀
🥩 CHERRY ANGIOMAS: I was developing these all over my body and after a few months on carnivore my husband noticed that my back no longer had any. They had just disappeared!⠀
🥩 IMPROVED IMMUNITY: I have had one (mild) cold since going carnivore.⠀
🥩 NO LONGER INJURY-PRONE: My long history of getting injured and needing PT or rehab seems to be behind me.⠀
🥩 SATIETY: Found my natural satiety point⠀

1️⃣ HOLISTIC HEALING: Carnivore is healing of the body and mind. Carnivore helps you heal unhealthy relationships with food and it helps you heal all sorts of diseases and ailments that doctors try to treat with pills. Carnivore is not for everyone, but if you have health issues, you owe it to yourself to try it just to see what you can improve.⠀

2️⃣ EAT WHEN HUNGRY: Don’t force fasting, eat to satiety then “fast” until you’re hungry again. Reset your natural eating patterns and heal your body with food and nutrients before getting into the biohacking game. Fasting will most likely come naturally once you are past the adaptation period⠀

3️⃣ COMMUNITY SUPPORT: Find as much community support as you can and read as much as you can from places like Zeroing in On Health from carnivore veterans.⠀

Make a commitment and stick to it. Don’t cheat! You’re only cheating yourself from receiving healing and delaying your improved body, mind and spirit. The challenge is a great way to teach yourself that your word means something and that you have self-integrity. Remember that you just have to do this one day and one part of the challenge at a time. Stay present and tackle one thing at a time. You can do this!
