Rebecca Contreras has been through it all.
🧠In our conversation, she shares how mental health is the real pandemic in America.
🤕Since the C-Pandemic, depression has skyrocketed.
🤕WHO says global anxiety and depression increased 25% due to C-19 pandemic.
🤕Brown University says depression rates tripled and symptoms intensified during C-19.
🤕In my newsletter, I shared that children’s anxiety and depression have doubled since C-19.
🥀Suicide rates went up more than 30% in half of the states since 1999.
🥀One of the main factors that contribute to suicide is relationship problems (42%).
⚠️We are not meant to isolate.
👥The human species is a community-oriented one. It’s why we have failure-to-thrive deaths with babies when they are left without love, touch and community.
⚠️It’s not an easy topic but we must bring awareness to this area.
🌥Mental health is hard. Depression is extremely debilitating. Getting out of bed is unbelievably difficult.
🌟I struggled with it for years until nutrient-dense meats and my faith changed my life.
🔦We can heal. And one way is bringing awareness to the matter.
