One of the reasons plant-free meat-only carnivore is powerful is because it forces you to work on your relationship with food.

🍼From the minute we are born, we are taught to comfort with food.

🔻When baby cries, the baby is offered milk.
🔻When toddler cries, the toddler is offered food.

And then we take these learnings into adulthood.

🔹We then celebrate big milestones with food.
🔹We comfort with pints of ice cream.
🔹We anxiety with chips and cookies.
🔹We vacation with excess food.

🥀There is nothing wrong with this until it becomes an addiction.

💡And not everyone is wired to become addicted. But you have to get to know your self.

💔Without really dealing with “life,” our once comfort and solace becomes our turmoil and addiction. You can try to escape with an addiction but you can’t escape your life.

❤️‍🩹By figuring out if you have a negative relationship with food, you can figure out how to start healing.

🔻You can overeat meat.
🔻You can overeat cheese.
🔻You can overeat fruits.
🔻You can overeat vegetables.

🥩But it’s far easier to focus on healing when the body is at least nourished with the right foods.

⚖️You can be an abstainer or moderator in different situations but most compulsive behaviors (addictions) fall into one category.

⛑Take the time and figure out if you are an abstainer or moderator. It may just change your life.
